Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate paving equipment and/or perform labor duties as assigned.
- Maintain trucks and equipment in clean, safe working condition.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
- Work with crew members to complete paving projects safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of paving crew experience.
- Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Safety-focused with attention to detail.
- Must be available for full-time, in-person work.
- Must be reliable and prepared to work as scheduled based on project needs.
